Culture Minister Isam Khalil and the Secretary General of the Arab-Armenian International Law Assembly Vahe Mahshikyan discussed Wednesday the role of cultural institutes in confronting terrorism and Takfiri thinking.
During the meeting, Mahshekyan gave a certificate of appreciation to Khalil for his active participation in achieving the Assembly’s goals.
The Arab-Armenian International Law Assembly was founded in February in 2013 to defend the Armenian cause and to prevent crime in the world.
Over 1.5 million Armenians were killed and 1.5 million others were displaced in the genocide perpetrated by Turkey 100 years ago.
The Assembly posted on its facebook page : “For 100 years, the Armenians have tried to warn the world about terrorism. It is time to listen to the Armenians.
