Cuba Renews Support for Syria

HAVANA, (ST)- The Cuban First Deputy Minister of  Foreign Affairs Marcilino Medina has renewed his country’s support or Syria in all fields, hailing the recent victories achieved by the Syrian Arab army in the fight against terrorism.

The Cuban official made the remarks during his meeting with Syria’s Information Minister Imad Sara.

 The two sides affirmed the importance of boosting media cooperation and of enhancing coordination between the media institutions of Cuba and Syria as to face of the hostile media campaigns targeting the two friendly countries.
