Cuba renews support for Palestinian people’s legitimate rights

 Havana (ST): Cuba has reiterated its complete support for the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez, in a tweet on the occasion of the International Day for Solidarity with the Palestinian People expressed  his country’s support for a just and durable solution for the Palestine question that guarantees the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.

Meanwhile, Rodríguez warned the US against the attempts it made to destabilize the social and political conditions in Cuba, stressing that these attempts are part of Washington’s policy towards Havana.

In an intervention he made through video conference during the extra-ordinary meeting of the foreign Ministers of the  Iberian American states Rodríguez affirmed that the administration of the President Donald Trump has been directly involved in financing and directing illegal civil rebellion acts against the Cuban state.
