Cuba condemns US aggression on Syria-Iraq border

Cuban Foreign Ministry condemns the US aggression on the Syria-Iraq border area, describing it as “a flagrant violation of international law and UN Charter.”

 

 Cuba’s Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez tweeted on Tuesday that his country strongly condemns the US air strikes on lands in Syria and Iraq, noting that this aggression is a flagrant violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

 

Syria condemned the US blatant aggression that took place at dawn yesterday on the Syrian-Iraqi border region, stressing that it is a flagrant violation of the sanctity of the Syrian and Iraqi lands.

 

It called on the US administration to respect the territorial integrity of Syria and Iraq and to immediately stop those attacks on the independence of the two countries.
