Crafts and heavy metal industries transferred to the industrial city and outside the city of Lattakia soon

Lattakia (ST)-  In the industrial city of Lattakia, the infrastructure was prepared and a zone of plots was allocated for crafts and heavy metal industries, within the framework of cooperation and coordination between the Military Construction Corporation, Lattakia City Council and the Federation of Craftsmen.

 

The head of the Craftsmen Union in Lattakia Governorate, Jihad Berro, confirmed that the transfer of the metallurgical industry from the city of Lattakia to the new industrial zone will take place as soon as the region is provided with two transmission centers for electricity.

Berro explained that the transfer process will take place to the industrial city in Lattakia, bearing in mind that there are other industrial areas in the governorate, including in Al-Haffah, Fira, and Qerdaha. Some of these cities are ready to opearate, in addition to the old industrial area in Jableh, and a new industrial area will be opened in the town of Hmeimim.
