Coronavirus kills more than two million and 484 thousand people around the world

Capitals,(ST)-The new Coronavirus has claimed the lives of more than two million and 484 thousand people around the world since its appearance in December 2019, according to the latest statistics of the American WorldoMeter site.

According to the site, the total number of Coronavirus infections around the world has so far reached 112247863, and the total death cases reached 2484,668 cases, while the total cases of recovering from the virus have reached 87764734 cases.

The United States leads the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, recording 512,477 deaths out of 28822275 infections, followed by India with 156,498 deaths out of 11015,863 infections, then Brazil third, recording 247,276 deaths out of 10197531 infections.
