Coronavirus kills more than three million and 214 thousand people around the world

Capitals (ST): The new Coronavirus has claimed the lives of more than three million and 214 thousand people around the world since its appearance in December 2019, according to the latest statistics of the American World Meters site.

According to the site, the total number of Coronavirus infections around the world has so far reached 15,343,5252 cases, and the total deaths reached 3214,758 cases, while the total cases of recovering from the virus have reached 130708947 cases.

The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 591054 deaths out of 33177119 infections, followed by India with 218945 deaths out of 19919715 cases, then Brazil third, recording 407,639 deaths out of 147,54910 infection cases.
