Corona virus kills two million and 802 thousand people around the world

Capitals(ST)- The new Coronavirus has claimed the lives of more than two million and 802 thousand people around the world since its appearance in December 2019, according to the latest statistics of the American Worldometer site.

According to the site, the total number of Coronavirus infections around the world reached 128,194,104, and the total deaths reached 2802976 cases, while the total cases of recovering from the virus reached 103,349,132 cases.

The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 563036 deaths out of 31025693 cases, followed by Brazil with 313866 deaths out of 12573615 cases, then India third, recording 162147 deaths out of 12095329 infections.
