Corona virus kills more than one million and 765 thousand people around the world

Corona virus has killed more than one million 765 thousand people around the world since its appearance last December, according to the latest statistics of the American World Meter site.

According to the site, the total number of corona infections around the world has so far reached 80763522, and 1765629 deaths, while the total recoveries from the virus has reached 56961350 cases to date.

In Germany, data from the Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases showed that the number of confirmed cases of the virus reached 13,755, bringing the total to 640858, while 356 deaths were recorded, bringing the total number of deaths to 29,778.

 

In Mexico, the Ministry of Health said that it had recorded 4,974 new infections and 189 deaths, which is a sharp decrease from 9,679 infections and 665 deaths the previous day.

In turn, the Thai government said that 103 new infections were recorded, bringing the total to 6123 infections and 60 deaths.

In China, the National Health Commission said that it had received reports of 22 new confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland on December 26.

The Ukrainian Health Minister Maxim Stepanov announced that 6,113 cases ofCorona infections had been recorded during the last 24 hours, including 277 children, 153 medical workers, and 72 deaths.
