Capitals (ST): The Corona virus has killed more than 5 million and 519 thousand people around the world since its outbreak began in December 2019, according to the latest statistics from the American World Meters website.

According to the website, the total number of coronavirus infections around the world has so far reached 3,13444,750, and the total number of deaths has reached 55,19,420, while the total number of recoveries from infection has reached 2,615,39068.

The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 862,931 deaths out of 6,299,7892 infections, followed by India with 484,359 deaths out of 360,60902 infections, and Brazil third with 620,238 deaths out of 226,29460 infections.
