Corona virus infections exceed 1.5 million cases

The number of Corona virus infections in the world rose to 1.5 million cases amid estimates that say that the peak of the fatal virus infections has not been reached yet.

The US Worldometer website said that 1506361 infection cases have been registered in more than 180 countries including 88100 deaths while 319292 cases have recovered.

  The Website added that the US comes first regarding the number of infections  followed by Spain, Italy, France and Germany respectively. Italy comes first with regard to the number of deaths resulting from the fatal virus followed by the US, Spain, France and Iran respectively.

The world has been facing an unprecedented crisis since last January resulting from the accelerated spread of the Covid 19 virus causing catastrophic losses in all sectors, especially transport and tourism.
