In South Africa, Corona cases exceeded 1000, while in South Korea the number of those infected with the fatal virus amounted to 9332.
In Brazil, the authorities announced that the Maracanã Sports Complex would be changed into temporary hospital as the number of infections rose to 2900 and the deaths to 77.
