Coordination Committee for the Return of the Syrian Displaced: the return of all those leaving from Rukban Camp to their areas of residence

On February 2, the Coordination Committee for the Return of the Syrian Displaced confirmed the return of all those leaving from Rukban Camp to go back to their work by engaging in agriculture and other works in their areas of residence.

The Committee denied what is rumored by the American occupier about the Syrian government agencies arresting some of those leaving the camp.

“It is no secret to anyone that the aim of these rumors is to invoke and prolong the detention of Syrian citizens by the American occupier and the terrorist gangs in the Rukban Camp,” the Committee said in a statement.

The statement said: “None of those who left the Camp was arrested. Rather, the government agencies are treating those leaving the Camp with all the care and attention they deserve.”

The statement said that  transportation was provided to all those leaving from the Camp in several batches, as well as providing temporary accommodation in five centers designated for this purpose in the Governorate    of Homs.
