Cooperation between the Lebanese resistance and the Syrian Army formed security belt for Lebanon: MP

Member of the Lebanese Loyalty to Resistance Bloc, MP Walid Sukkarieh has stressed that cooperation between the Lebanese resistance and the Syrian Arab army has formed a security belt for Lebanon against terrorism as it prevented the arrival of terrorists to Lebanese territories.

In a statement on Saturday, Sukkarieh confirmed adherence to resistance as an option and as the only way to deter the Israeli aggression.

“The resistance was created to defend Lebanon and the Lebanese people in the face of the Israeli occupation and arrogance,” he said, stressing that “the party that is deterring the Israeli entity from attacking the Lebanese territories is the resistance”.

Sukkarieh called for confronting the suffocating economic siege imposed by America on Lebanon and on countries of the axis of resistance.
