Condolence Council in Iraq’s Al-Basra city in honor of the souls of the martyrs of Homs Military Academy

Baghdad – The International Popular Campaign for breaking the siege imposed on Syria in cooperation with the Iraqi Journalists and Media Gathering in the southern region in the Iraqi city of Al-Basra on Saturday announced holding a condolence council in honor of the souls of the martyrs in the terrorist attack that targeted the Military Academy in the Syrian city of Homs.

Representatives and members of the higher Committee for Al-Basra Clans will take part in this council.

Members of the campaign for lifting the blockade imposed on Syria will take part in stands in solidarity with Syria and the families of the victims of this criminal act and in condemnation of this crime.

The solidarity activities and the condolence council will start this afternoon and conclude at 8 this evening, according to a statement issued by the journalists gathering, dignitaries and leaders of the clans of Al-Basra and by a number of political, social and religious personalities.
