Concerted Turkish and Israeli acts of aggression against Syria confirms the two parties’ support for terrorists in the country

DAMASCUS, (ST)- The Turkish forces’ penetration into Syrian territories that came simultaneously with the Israeli aggression on Syrian areas at dawn today affirms that the Turkish regime and Israel have the same goal which is the protection of terrorists in Syria, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.

A Foreign Ministry official source told SANA on Thursday that in a concerted aggression against Syria and under Israeli air cover, the Turkish forces penetrated the Syrian borders and deployed in the towns of Binnish, Maaret Masreen and Taftanaz in Idleb. The move stresses the unity of the goals of the Turkish regime and the Israeli entity represented in protecting the terrorists groups, mainly Jabhat al-Nusra, and to impede the progress of the Syrian Army in the battle against terrorism in Idleb and Aleppo, the source added.

Earlier, the Syrian Army’s General Command said in a statement that a Turkish military convoy that includes a number of vehicles and armored vehicles passed from Oglinar area into Syria.

The source went on to say that the Turkish regime’s penetration is a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty and of the international law. The move exposes before the entire world the parties which actually support, sponsor and protect terrorism in Syria, the source stressed. It pointed out that the synchronicity between the Israeli aggression and the Turkish penetration into the Syrian territories unveils the mask to show the real ugly face of the leader of the Turkish regime who used to claim that he is an enemy to “Israel”.

The Syrian Arab Republic affirms that the attacks of the Turkish regime and the Israeli entity on Syria won’t prevent the Syrian Arab Army from pressing ahead with its battle against terrorism until all the Syrian territories are liberated from terrorism and aggressors, the source concluded.
