Comprehensive settlement process has started in Deir Ezzour

DEIR EZZOUR, (ST)_Comprehensive settlement process started in Deir Ezzor province on Sunday to settle the status of the wanted and military deserters who have never been involved in crimes against civilians, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA). 
 
The agency quoted Head of Al-Bakjara Tribe Sheikh Nawwaf Al-Bashir as saying that the settlement process comes within the amnesty being offered by President Bashar Al-Assad, who care about all citizens. 
 
“The process is a message to all mislead citizens to return to the homeland and to take part in rebuilding it,” he added. 
 
For his part, Head of Al-Bosraya Tribe Sheikh  Mhanna Al-Fayyad called on all citizens of Deir Ezzour inside and outside Syria to take this opportunity to express their loyalty to the homeland. 
 
The settlement process will continue for several days in Deir Ezzour city and then there will other settlement process in other towns in the province. 
 
In November, 2017, the Syrian army liberated the entire city of Deir Ezzour from ISIS terrorists after killing a large number of the terrorists, among them foreigners.
