Communist Parties of Slovakia and Cuba condemn the terrorist attack on Military Academy in Homs

The Slovak Communist Party has condemned the terrorist attack against the Military Academy in Homs that claimed the lives of many civilians and military personnel.

Jozef Hrdlička, Leader of the Slovak Communist Party, said in a statement to SANA correspondent: “We feel sorrow and sadness over the loss caused by this savage cowardly attack”, stressing his party’s solidarity with the Syrian people and families of the martyrs and the injured.

Hrdlička reiterated that perpetrators of this criminal act must be brought to justice and the parties behind them must be exposed before the entire world. He called on the international community to be aware and join efforts as to confront terrorism in all its forms being the most dangerous threat to humanity at present and in future.

He said that all the international institutions and organizations, mainly the Security Council, should assume their responsibilities regarding this criminal act , and condemn it and expose and hold the parties that support the terrorist organizations accountable.

Meanwhile in Havana, The Cuban Communist Party strongly condemned the terror attack on the Military Academy.

Head of the Party’s International Relations Department Emilio Lousada said on X site (formerly twitter) that the Party strongly condemns this terrorist attack, expressing, on his behalf and on behalf of the Cuban Communist Party, sincere condolences to the Syrian people and to the families and friends of the martyrs.
