Colonel Malik Bahjat Jamal

Martyr Colonel Malik Bahjat Jamal was born in June 1966 Jeb Al-Jarrah

in the city of Homs. He got married and had five children. He graduated from the Military College.

In 2004, his workplace was attacked by armed groups but he was able to protect his place of work.

With the beginning of the crises in Syria, Colonel Jamal fought with his comrades against the terrorists groups in most of the Syrian lands. He was threated by armed terrorists groups because of his loyalty to his homeland, his adherence to his principles, and his stance against corruption.

On the twenty-ninth of March 2012, he was awarded the honor of martyrdom after a terrorist group assassinated him on the Al-Zawhariya road in Homs.
