Prague, (ST) – The head of the Czech peace movement, Milan Krajica, renewed his condemnation of the West’s continued imposition of coercive economic measures on Syria, while it was responding to the spread of the Coruna virus, stressing that this matter negatively affects the epidemic.
In an interview with Hello Novini newspaper, Krajica indicated that the United States not only refuses to lift these measures on Syria and other countries such as Iran, Cuba and Venezuela, but has also stopped funding the World Health Organization (WHO) and is exerting various pressures on countries of the world in order not to accept Cuban medical aid in addition to escalating its pressure against China at various levels.
In a statement to a SANA correspondent in Prague, Krajica recently called for the abolition of coercive economic measures imposed by the West on Syria, stressing that these measures deserve strong condemnation.
