Coconut tablets

Ingredients

    4 White albumin”egg white“

    1 Cup sugar

    Two and a half cups Coconut

    A teaspoon vanilla

    A teaspoon of peeled and grated lemon

Preparation

1- Wisk egg whites well until you get a creamy and mixture.

2- Add the sugar, vanilla and lemon peel. Add coconut and stir.

3- Pour the mixture in the pot and put it on a low heat until heated.

4- Remove the pot from the fire and leave it aside for about 30 minutes.

5 – Form the coconut tablets and place on baking trays and then grill them in the oven for 20 minutes,  until it turns brown.

6 – Allow Coconut tablets to cool on trays for 5 minutes, then Transfer to cool completely.
