Cinnamon cake and apple

Ingredients

    1 cup flour

     2 eggs

    3/4 cup sugar

    2 teaspoon butter

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1 cup shredded apple

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    3 teaspoon apricot jam

    2 teaspoon coconut

    Oil

Preparation

1- Put sugar, eggs and butter in mixing bowl, then mix it well.

2- Add oil, cinnamon, baking powder and mix it well

3- Add shredded apple, flour, vanilla. Mix it well.

4- Preheat the oven for 180°C and cook for 20 min.

5- Brush the tray with tahini paste, and put the mixture in the tray.

6- Bake for 25 minutes or until medium brown.
