Christmas cake

Ingredients

    4 cup flour

    2 cup soft brown sugar

    4 eggs, whisked

    1 cup milk

    1/2 cup oil or 200g butter

    1 cup orange juice

    2 teaspoon cocoa powder

   1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

    1- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

    2- Combine together sugar and butter and mix sugar, oil, eggs, milk, oil, orange juice and zest in a bowl and mix until very well combined.

    3- Put together the cocoa powder, flour and baking powder and fold into the wet mixture until fairly smooth.

    4- Pour the mixture into the cake tins and bake for around 40 minutes.

    5- Leave to cool before serving.
