Beijing (ST): China renewed its position calling for a political solution to the crisis in Ukraine.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said during a press conference today: “China’s position on the Ukrainian crisis is consistent and clear, and it will continue to seek a political solution to the crisis, pay close attention to it and maintain communication with relevant parties.”
Mao stressed that her country will take all necessary measures to protect the safety of Chinese institutions and employees in Ukraine.
