Chinese Delegation visits Homs

Homs, (ST)- Studies and plans and organizational visions carried out by the province in the field of reconstruction were the main axes of the meeting of the Governor of Homs Talal al-Barazi with a delegation representing the Chinese company “Long Life”.

The Governor of Homs confirmed that the technical and engineering experts in Homs have completed many studies and visions of the reconstruction phase in the various districts of the affected city or rural areas to prepare the legal and technical environment for reconstruction.

Representatives of the Chinese company indicated that they started working in 2018 after studying the Syrian market, which is considered an important and essential part of the Silk Road.

They added that the rest of the procedures are being completed to establish a Chinese real estate development company to be the main part in contributing with the governmental institutions for reconstruction.

Members of the guest delegation met the Eng. Reem Baalbaki and reviewed the achievements of projects, visions and studies for the reconstruction process in Homs.
