Chinese Ambassador to Cuba confirms support for Syria in its war on terrorism

The Chinese ambassador to Cuba, Chen Si today reiterated his country’s support for Syria in its war on terrorism and the need to respect its sovereignty and territorial integrity

During a visit by the Syrian Ambassador to Cuba, Dr. Idris Mia to the Chinese Embassy in Havana, Chen highlighted the achievements and victories achieved by the Syrian Arab Army in the provinces of Aleppo and Idlib against terrorism, stressing that China stands with Syria in the reconstruction phase and will provide all possible assistance in this field.

 

Chen expressed his thanks for Syria’s solidarity with his country in confronting the Coronavirus, which reflects the deep and strong ties between the two friendly countries and people.

In turn, Ambassador Mia made a presentation on the Syrian Arab Army’s victories in the governorates of Aleppo and Idlib, expressing appreciation for China’s supportive stances for Syria in international forums.

Ambassador Mia stressed that Syria hopes that China would take an important role in China in the reconstruction of what was destroyed by terrorism.
