On September 25, China reiterated its call on the United States not to interfere in its internal affairs, stressing that if the United States wants to maintain a stable relationship with China, it is important to respect its sovereignty, social order and development path.
“China has not and will not interfere in the United States’ internal affairs. So, the United States should not to interfere in the Chinese internal affairs”, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi was quoted as saying in a speech at a dinner organized by the National Committee on US-China Relations, the US-China Business Council, the American Chamber of Commerce and the Council on Foreign Relations.
China has kept its doors open for negotiation that should be based on mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, Wang said.
