Chicken pieces with salt and pepper

Ingredients

  1   chicken breast fillet

  1  cup flour

   20 g butter

   2  eggs

    Peppers of your choice

    Onion

     Olive oil

    Ground coriander

    Chili powder

    Soy sauce

     Salt and pepper to test

Preparation

1  – Preheat the oven to 200 C .

2 – Mix the flour and butter with a food processor. After about 10 minutes of rubbing – you should have some breadcrumbs.

 3- Get the chicken fillet and chop it up into several pieces. Tip the pieces into the mixing bowl and smoother them in the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle some salt.

 4  – Whisk the egg in a small bowl, dip the chicken fillets into the egg and then into the deep fat fryer pan, while they are sizzling away you will make the flavour.

  5  –  On a chopping board, chop some peppers up and an onion and put them into a bowl. Pour some vegetable oil in. Add some coriander, chilli powder, some more salt, pepper and some soy sauce, and stir. By about 10 to 15 minutes the chicken will be ready to come out.

  6- Pour the vegetable oil over the chicken in a roasting dish.

  7-Put them in the oven for about 10 minutes and then serves hot !
