Chicken Musakhan

Ingredients

     500 g chicken breast cut into thin slices

    White pepper – as desired

    Bharat problem – according to desire

    Cinnamon powder – as desired

     Sumac – according to desire

     700 g onion sliced into thin slices

     1 cup chicken broth

    Salt – according to desire

    Bake bread into triangles – as needed

    1/4 cup roasted pine

    2 large spoon olive oil

Preparation

1. Heat the oven at 180 ° C.

2. Mix chicken slices with salt, white pepper, spices, cinnamon and sumac well until smooth, in a bowl.

3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil, in a pot.

4. Add the onion with sugar and cook until it withers and become golden color as caramel.

5. Remove the onion from the pot and leave it aside.

6. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, then put chicken slices seasoning and cook until maturity.

7. Pour chicken broth and continue cooking until the amount of liquid.

8. Brush the oven tray with oil with a brush.

9. Remove one side of the bread with oil and its sides to be outside.

10. Place two large spoonful of chicken filling on the top of the triangle from the wide side.

11. Add a little onion, marmalade and pine, and add more leaves.

12 – Roll the bread around itself in the form of a roll with bending the sides towards the inside.

13. Place the slices of bread side by side in oven tray.

14 . Put the tray in the oven from 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken leftover mature and become golden color.
