Ingredients
1 kg Chicken Livers
1 Large Onion peeled and diced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tsp Garlic Puree
1 Chicken Cubes
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tbsp Rosemary
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
1. Chop the chicken livers and place them into the Pot with the olive oil and the onion with Pepper.
2. Cook them for 5 minutes or until the onions have started to soften.
3. Add a pint of water (300 ml) to the pot and then add your chicken seasoning along with your other seasoning and mix well.
4. Place the lid on your Pot till 10 minutes.
5. Put the lemon juice, garlic and salt above them and keep the fire quiet for 5 minutes.
6. Parsley for decoration and serves hot.
