Chicken Kabab Fingers

Ingredients

1/2 kg boneless chicken breast

1/4 cup onions, finely chopped

1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

3  cloves garlic, crushed

1  egg

1/2 cup bread crumbs, french bread

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1  teaspoon allspice, ground

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1  tablespoon salt

vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method according to shahiya.com

1-Beat the egg with white pepper.

2-Cut the chicken into small pieces,then mix with onion, parsley, garlic, black pepper, allspice and salt. Place in a food mixer and process till the chicken is completely minced.

3- Transfer the minced chicken to a bowl and add half of the bread crumbs and some of the beaten egg. Mix well until the chicken and breadcrumbs paste holds together.

4- Form finger-shaped pieces with the paste, then dip each piece in the remaining beaten egg then in the bread crumbs. The chicken pieces should be entirely coated with egg and bread crumbs.

5-In a pan, fry the chicken pieces in vegetable oil until golden brown.
