Ingredients
2 cups seedless red grapes
¼ tsp pepper
1 pizza dough
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup shaved parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
Salt
Instructions
1- Preheat oven to 450°F
2- Mix grapes with salt, pepper, fresh thyme, 1 Tbsp olive oils. Place them on a rimmed baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until skins begin to burst open. Take out grapes.
3- Rub olive oil onto your pizza dough and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
4- Spread on the parmesan cheese then sprinkle on the other cheeses.
5- Transfer roasted grapes onto the pizza, being careful not to transfer excess cooking liquid onto the pizza.
6- Bake pizza for about 10 minutes, or until it begins to lightly brown, and watching carefully, until cheese is melted.
