Chargé d’Affaires of the Jordanian Embassy: Seven trucks carrying relief materials for those affected by the earthquake arrived
On March 23rd, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Jordanian Embassy in Damascus, Dr. Basil Al-Kayed, announced that a new convoy of seven trucks loaded with medical, relief and humanitarian materials provided by the Kingdom, arrived today through the Nassib border crossing.
Al-Kayed said that the Jordanian charity aid continues to reach the brothers in Syria, as the new shipment includes many medical, relief and humanitarian materials, including an integrated kidney unit with all its medical supplies and equipment.
Al-Kayed pointed out that with the arrival of these trucks, the number of land bridge trucks that have arrived in Syria to date has reached 138, carrying hundreds of tons of medical and humanitarian materials, which is a continuation and confirmation of the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II to provide everything possible for our brothers in Syria to overcome the ordeal of the earthquake.
