Damascus- Al-Cham Aviation Company has announced that the launch of its direct flights to the United Arab Emirates of Dubai, al-Sharjah and Abu Dhabi will be next July.
The Director of Business Development at Al -Cham Wings, Osama Sati’expressed in a statement his company’s satisfaction of the UAE side to operate directly whereas the passengers had to travel through Beirut and Kuwait.
He pointed out that Syrian travelers had to travel to the UAE via Beirut, pay additional costs, waste time and carry long travel expenses.
Al-Cham Wings has already announced the start of direct flights to Moscow in early July next in addition to regular routes to Baghdad, Najaf, Basra, Khartoum, Muscat, Kuwait, Tehran and Yerevan.
The Civil Aviation Administration of the United Arab Emirates has agreed to allow the Al-Cham Wings to operate directly at the UAE’s airports.
