Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council of Sudan, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, congratulated the President of the Syrian Arab Republic Ahmad al-Sharaa on assuming the presidency.

He expressed his best wishes of success to the President in achieving the aspirations of the Syrian people in further progress and prosperity.
