CBS continues to offer basic services

The Central Bank of Syria will continue to offer its basic financial and banking services in parallel with the preemptive measures adopted to combat Corona virus pandemic.  Member of the administration board Samar Barhoum said that the CBS would continue to offer basic services including withdrawing, depositing , cheques, buying hard currencies and other important services, adding that a number of services have been suspended.

She also referred to a reduction in the number of the workers in the bank in a way that does not affect the quality of services offered to citizens.
