Cartoonist Raed Khalil is appointed as director of the 5th Cartoon International Seasonal Festival in Iran
Syrian cartoonist Raed Khalil has been chosen as the director of the 5th Cartoon International Seasonal Festival in Iran and as an arbitrator for its competition, which will continue until next September.
The festival president, Iranian artist Daoud Yar Ahmadi, stated that the Cartoon Festival committee includes artists and designers in three sections: caricature, poster and photography, while the caricature committee includes artists from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Poland, China and Iran.
It is worth mentioning that Khalil participated in the arbitration of many international caricature competitions in Brazil, Azerbaijan, Germany, India, Turkey, Iran, United Arab Emirates, China, Morocco, Egypt and Iraq.
