Ingredients
300 grams finely sifted
150 g sugar
3 eggs
120 grams butter
3 tablespoons milk
Spoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
1. Brush the oven tray with a little butter and flour.
2. Heat in a medium heat pot a high iron filter.
3. Put sugar, butter and butter in the bowl of the electric mixer until you have a creamy mixture.
4. Add eggs one after the other with mixing well after each addition.
5. Mix the milk, vanilla flour and baking powder well until they overlap and pour the mixture into the tray.
6.Put the mixture in the pot, cover and leave on medium heat for 5 minutes and then reduce the fire and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
7. Remove the cake from the pot and leave it until it cools and then serve.
