Ingredients
1 small cabbage, leaves washed and cut into long thin stripes
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
draid mint leaves
1 pinch of cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cooking method
1. In a salad bowl, mix the sliced cabbage leaves with lemon juice, crushed garlic, cumin, draid mint leaves, salt and olive oil.
2. Serve immediately.
