Bronze for Syrian swimmer at BRICS Games

Syrian swimming team player Inanna Suleiman was crowned at  third place winning the bronze medal  for  the 400m individual medley at the BRICS Games currently held in Kazan, Russia.

Suleiman set a record of 04.59.90 M, while the first and second places went to Russian swimmers Victoria and Daria, who scored respectively 04.46.46 M and 04.56.88 M.

This is the second medal for Syria after the bronze in the men’s doubles for badminton.
