British Foreign Ministry renews its rejection of Israel’s plan to annex more Palestinian lands

Britain has renewed its rejection of the Israeli occupation’s plan to annex more Palestinian lands, stressing that this behavior contradicts the international law.   

According to WAFA news Agency, Tariq Ahmad, the British Minister of State for the Commonwealth and United Nations at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, said during a phone call with the Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad Al-Malki on Wednesday that Britain supports the initiative that calls for holding an international conference to find a settlement to the Palestinian cause based on the International Law and the relevant UN resolutions.

Ahmad affirmed that his country will continue to support the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA).
