Bogdanov, Haddad discuss comprehensive settlement process in Syria

The Russia President’s Special Representative to the Middle East and African Countries, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Bogdanov and Syria’s Ambassador to Russia Riad Haddad discussed during a meeting on Friday the latest developments in Syria within the context of a comprehensive solution to the crisis in the country.

The two sides also discussed boosting the Syrian-Russian relations.

In a statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Bogdanov and Haddad exchanged points of view about the situation in Syria, including the all-out settlement process.

 The two sides also discussed in details issues relating to the consolidation of the multi-faceted Russian-Syrian cooperation as well as the process of reconstruction in Syria.
