In a phone conversation on Friday, the two sides discussed issues relating to the implementation of the Security Council Resolution No. 2254 and stressed that the international community should join efforts for reconstructing Syria and creating suitable circumstances for the return of the Syrian refugees to their homeland, according to a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
