Bets on Syria ‘s Fall are Mistaken–Wahhab

BEIRUT,(ST)_  Leader of  Arab Tawhid Party in Lebanon Weam Wahhab  stressed  that Syria will not fall and that the axis of resistance in the region will not allow that  by all means.

In an interview with al-Mayadeen TV on Friday  Wahhab said : ” one who  is betting on the fall of Syria is mistaken and  will not live to see that day.”

“The Russian  and Iranian position towards the situation in Syria  is principled,” Wahhab said adding  that  “the US and the EU  are not  ready for an adventure in Syria and these two  sides have maintained some reinforcement lanes to maintain the continuation of the fight in Syria  and not to end it  and therefore everyone must go to dialogue in order to preserve the lives of the Syrians.”  

“The Arab League can not decide on its own and  those  puppets operating it  will not succeed in toppling Syria  rather, they and  Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will fall at the gates of Damascus ,” he emphasized.

Wahhab considered that the Fatwa statement  made by  Walid Junblat, head of the Progressive Socialist Party to kill the  Syrians who support their country and their army’s position as exceeding  all red lines,  pointing out that the Muslim  Unitarian community in Syria and Lebanon  is upset  over Junblat Fatwa  and statements will be issued by clergies concerned to this effect.

Wahab stressed that Junblat has no right to speak about freedom in Syria as long as he does not allow freedom of people in his area.
