Ingredients
1 cup fava beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup can white beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
1- Mix fava beans, chickpeas, white beans, parsley, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
2- Season with salt and black pepper. Chill and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
