“verily,I’m  astonished about placing al-Quseir under  the microscope while we do not touch such a thing when the terrorists captured the said city along with its countryside and perpetrating heinous crimes against the residents there over the past 18 months, “clarified al-Moallem.

 “However, the Syrian authorities will allow the Red Cross, in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, to be admitted to  al-Qseir area as soon as the military operations end there, “concluded al-Moallem.
