Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  1 kg potatoes cut into wedges

  2 teaspoons onion powder

  2 teaspoons chili powder

  2 tablespoons olive oil

  2 teaspoon garlic powder

  Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

   1- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

   2- Spread potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and coat with olive oil.   

   3- Mix onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

    4- Bake in oven until potatoes are tender 35 minutes.

    5- Season with salt and black pepper.
