Ingredients:
1/5 cups large flake oats
1/5 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/5 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, dates, raisins, shredded coconut. (optional)
Preparation:
1- Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Add wet to dry.
2- Add nuts or fruit, if desired. Pour into an ungreased baking pan.
3- Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm with milk.
