Bahrain announces the resumption of regular flights from and to Syria

MANAMA- The Bahraini Ministry of Transportation and Communications on Wednesday announced the resumption of regular flights between Bahrain and Syria.
The Syrian Ministry of Transport welcomed the decision, affirming that it is working on scheduling the flights between the airports of the two countries.

According to the Bahrain News Agency, the Bahraini Civil Aviation Affairs Authority said in a statement on Wednesday that the details of the flight times and numbers that will be scheduled will be announced soon after completing all procedures and issuing official licenses in this regard.”

The authority explained that this decision will add new destinations and provide better options for travelers through Bahrain International Airport.

For its part, the Syrian Ministry of Transport welcomed the decision of the Bahraini Ministry of Transportation and Communications to resume regular flights between Syria and the Bahrain via the “Syrian Airlines”.

The Ministry indicated that the Syrian General Civil Aviation Organization is following up on taking all measures that serve this operation and the air transport movement between the two brotherly countries.
