Badminton team to take part in int’l tournament in Greece

DAMASCUS, (ST)-The national badminton team are due to leave for Greece to participate in the International Badminton Tournament to be held there this month.

The national team includes: Aram Mahmoud, Ammarawad, Jihad Krayem, Mohammad Sawas and Sanaa Mahmoud.

 

“for the first time in the Syrian badminton, the Syrian national team will participate in such prestigious tournament in Europe .Then ,we will spare no effort to participate in many tournaments in Europe in a bid to upgrade the level of our players who ranked first at Arab level, “said Ahmad Khalousi, the Syrian Badminton Federation secretary.
